  1. you are to present to the LORD the firstborn male of every womb. All the firstborn males of your livestock belong to the LORD.

  6. Moses said, “This is what the LORD has commanded: ‘Keep an omer of manna for the generations to come, so that they may see the bread I fed you in the wilderness when I brought you out of the land of Egypt.’”

  7. So Moses told Aaron, “Take a jar and fill it with an omer of manna. Then place it before the LORD to be preserved for the generations to come.”

  8. And Aaron placed it in front of the Testimony, to be preserved just as the LORD had commanded Moses.

  9. Fasten both stones on the shoulder pieces of the ephod as memorial stones for the sons of Israel. Aaron is to bear their names on his two shoulders as a memorial before the LORD.

  10. so that your descendants may know that I made the Israelites dwell in booths when I brought them out of the land of Egypt. I am the LORD your God.’”

  11. And He took the bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, “This is My body, given for you; do this in remembrance of Me.”

  12. and when He had given thanks, He broke it and said, “This is My body, which is for you; do this in remembrance of Me.”

  13. In the same way, after supper He took the cup, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in My blood; do this, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of Me.”

  14. For as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until He comes.
