  1. Who will bring any charge against God’s elect? It is God who justifies.

  19. As He says in Hosea: “I will call them ‘My People’ who are not My people, and I will call her ‘My Beloved’ who is not My beloved,”

  20. and, “It will happen that in the very place where it was said to them, ‘You are not My people,’ they will be called ‘sons of the living God.’”

  21. For the Lord will carry out His sentence on the earth thoroughly and decisively.”

  22. as it is written: “See, I lay in Zion a stone of stumbling and a rock of offense; and the one who believes in Him will never be put to shame.”

  23. Brothers, my heart’s desire and prayer to God for the Israelites is for their salvation.

  24. For I testify about them that they are zealous for God, but not on the basis of knowledge.

  25. Because they were ignorant of God’s righteousness and sought to establish their own, they did not submit to God’s righteousness.
