  11. For it is written, Rejoice, thou barren that bearest not; Break forth and cry, thou that travailest not: For more are the children of the desolate than of her that hath the husband.

  12. Howbeit what saith the scripture? Cast out the handmaid and her son: for the son of the handmaid shall not inherit with the son of the freewoman.

  13. Wherefore he saith, When he ascended on high, he led captivity captive, And gave gifts unto men.

  14. Wherefore, putting away falsehood, speak ye truth each one with his neighbor: for we are members one of another.

  15. Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath:

  16. For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife; and the two shall become one flesh.

  17. Honor thy father and mother (which is the first commandment with promise),

  18. that it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth.

  19. For the scripture saith, Thou shalt not muzzle the ox when he treadeth out the corn. And, The laborer is worthy of his hire.

  20. Howbeit the firm foundation of God standeth, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his: and, Let every one that nameth the name of the Lord depart from unrighteousness.

  21. For unto which of the angels said he at any time, Thou art my Son, This day have I begotten thee? and again, I will be to him a Father, And he shall be to me a Son?

  22. And when he again bringeth in the firstborn into the world he saith, And let all the angels of God worship him.

  23. And of the angels he saith, Who maketh his angels winds, And his ministers a flame of fire:

  24. but of the Sonhe saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever; And the sceptre of uprightness is the sceptre of thy kingdom.

  25. Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; Therefore God, thy God, hath anointed thee With the oil of gladness above thy fellows.
