  1. God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light.

  2. God saw the light, and saw that it was good. God divided the light from the darkness.

  3. God called the light “day”, and the darkness he called “night”. There was evening and there was morning, the first day.

  12. Your sun shall no more go down, neither shall your moon withdraw itself; for the LORD will be your everlasting light, and the days of your mourning shall be ended.

  21. Yeshua therefore said to them, “Yet a little while the light is with you. Walk while you have the light, that darkness doesn’t overtake you. He who walks in the darkness doesn’t know where he is going.

  22. While you have the light, believe in the light, that you may become children of light.” Yeshua said these things, and he departed and hid himself from them.
