Bible Verses About The Wolf
Key Bible Verses
Benjamin a ravenous wolf, in the morning shall eat the prey, and in the evening shall divide the spoil.
The wolf shall dwell with the lamb: and the leopard shall lie down with the kid: the calf and the lion, and the sheep shall abide together, and a little child shall lead them.
The wolf and the lamb shall feed together; the lion and the ox shall eat straw; and dust shall be the serpent's food: they shall not hurt nor kill in all my holy mountain, saith the Lord.
Wherefore a lion out of the wood hath slain them, a wolf in the evening hath spoiled them, a leopard watcheth for their cities: every one that shall go out thence shall be taken, because their transgressions are multiplied, their rebellions are strengthened.
Her princes in the midst of her, are like wolves ravening the prey to shed blood, and to destroy souls, and to run after gains through covetousness.
Their horses are lighter than leopards, and swifter than evening wolves; and their horsemen shall be spread abroad: for their horsemen shall come from afar, they shall fly as an eagle that maketh haste to eat.
Her princes are in the midst of her as roaring lions: her judges are evening wolves, they left nothing for the morning.
Beware of false prophets, who come to you in the clothing of sheep, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.
Behold I send you as sheep in the midst of wolves. Be ye therefore wise as serpents and simple as doves.
Go: Behold I send you as lambs among wolves.
But the hireling and he that is not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming and leaveth the sheep and flieth: and the wolf casteth and scattereth the sheep,
I know that after my departure ravening wolves will enter in among you, not sparing the flock.
