  1. God also said; Let the waters that are under the heaven, be gathered together into one place: and let the dry land appear. And it was so done.

  2. And God called the dry land, Earth; and the gathering together of the waters, he called Seas. And God saw that it was good.

  3. Speak to the earth, and it shall answer thee: and the fishes of the sea shall tell.

  19. For this they are wilfully ignorant of: That the heavens were before, and the earth out of water and through water, consisting by the word of God:

  20. Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished.

  21. But the heavens and the earth which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of the ungodly men.
