But in the plains: Estaol and Sarea and Asena,

And the border of their possession was Saraa and Esthaol, and Hirsemes, that is, the city of the sun,

Now there was a certain man of Saraa, and of the race of Dan, whose name was Manue, and his wife was barren.

And the Spirit of the Lord began to be with him in the camp of Dan, between Saraa and Esthaol.

And his brethren and all his kindred, going down took his body, and buried it between Saraa and Esthaol, in the buryingplace of his father Manue: and he judged Israel twenty years.

So the children of Dan sent five most valiant men, of their stock and family, from Saraa and Esthaol, to spy out the land, and to view it diligently: and they said to them: Go, and view the land. They went on their way, and when they came to mount Ephraim, they went into the house of Michas, and rested there:

And they returned to their brethren in Saraa and Esthaol, who asked them what they had done: to whom they answered:

There went therefore of the kindred of Dan, to wit, from Saraa and Esthaol, six hundred men, furnished with arms for war.

Saraa also, and Aialon, and Hebron, which are in Juda and Benjamin, well fenced cities.
