  13. Thou hast aforetime layde the foundation of the earth, and the heauens are the worke of thine hands.

  14. Neuerthelesse he saued them for his Names sake, that he might make his power to be knowen.

  15. With a mightie hande and stretched out arme: for his mercie endureth for euer:

  16. He hath made euery thing beautifull in his time: also he hath set the worlde in their heart, yet can not man finde out the worke that God hath wrought from the beginning euen to the end.

  17. Trust in the Lord for euer: for in the Lord God is strength for euermore.

  18. Heare, yee that are farre off, what I haue done, and ye that are neere, know my power.

  19. Feare thou not, for I am with thee: be not afraide, for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee, and helpe thee, and will susteine thee with the right hand of my iustice.

  20. Yea, before the day was, I am, and there is none that can deliuer out of mine hand: I will doe it, and who shall let it?

  21. Surely mine hand hath laid the foundation of the earth, and my right hand hath spanned the heaues: when I cal them, they stand vp together.

  22. The Lord hath made bare his holy arme in the sight of all the Gentiles, and all the endes of the earth shall see the saluation of our God.

  23. He led them by the right hand of Moses with his owne glorious arme, deuiding the water before them, to make himselfe an euerlasting Name.

  24. Feare ye not me, saith the Lord? or will ye not be afraide at my presence, which haue placed the sand for the bounds of the sea by the perpetuall decree that it cannot passe it, and though the waues thereof rage, yet can they not preuaile, though they roare, yet can they not passe ouer it?

  25. He hath made the earth by his power, and established the worlde by his wisedome, and hath stretched out the heauen by his discretion.
