  1. It shall be, when you have come in to the land which the LORD your God gives you for an inheritance, possess it, and dwell in it,

  2. that you shall take some of the first of all the fruit of the ground, which you shall bring in from your land that the LORD your God gives you. You shall put it in a basket, and shall go to the place which the LORD your God shall choose, to cause his name to dwell there.

  3. You shall come to the priest who shall be in those days, and tell him, “I profess this day to the LORD your God, that I have come to the land which the LORD swore to our fathers to give us.”

  4. The priest shall take the basket out of your hand, and set it down before the altar of the LORD your God.

  9. and he has brought us into this place, and has given us this land, a land flowing with milk and honey.

  10. Now, behold, I have brought the first of the fruit of the ground, which you, the LORD, have given me.” You shall set it down before the LORD your God, and worship before the LORD your God.

  11. You shall rejoice in all the good which the LORD your God has given to you, and to your house, you, and the Levite, and the foreigner who is in your midst.

  12. Do well in your good pleasure to Zion. Build the walls of Jerusalem.

  13. LORD, you have been favorable to your land. You have restored the fortunes of Jacob.

  14. You have forgiven the iniquity of your people. You have covered all their sin. Selah.

  15. You have taken away all your wrath. You have turned from the fierceness of your anger.

  16. Turn us, God of our salvation, and cause your indignation toward us to cease.

  17. Will you be angry with us forever? Will you draw out your anger to all generations?

  18. Won’t you revive us again, that your people may rejoice in you?

  19. Show us your loving kindness, LORD. Grant us your salvation.

  20. I will hear what God, the LORD, will speak, for he will speak peace to his people, his holy ones; but let them not turn again to folly.

  21. Surely his salvation is near those who fear him, that glory may dwell in our land.

  22. Mercy and truth meet together. Righteousness and peace have kissed each other.

  23. Truth springs out of the earth. Righteousness has looked down from heaven.

  24. Yes, the LORD will give that which is good. Our land will yield its increase.

  25. Righteousness goes before him, And prepares the way for his steps.
