  1. Which commeth forth as a bridegrome out of his chamber, and reioyceth like a mightie man to runne his race.

  10. Let the wordes of my mouth, and the meditation of mine heart be acceptable in thy sight, O Lord, my strength, and my redeemer.

  11. To him that excelleth. A Psalme of Dauid. The Lord heare thee in the day of trouble: the name of ye God of Iaakob defend thee:

  12. Send thee helpe from the Sanctuarie, and strengthen thee out of Zion.

  13. Let him remember all thine offerings, and turne thy burnt offerings into asshes. Selah:

  14. And graunt thee according to thine heart, and fulfill all thy purpose:

  15. That we may reioyce in thy saluation, and set vp the banner in the Name of our God, when the Lord shall performe all thy petitions.

  16. Now know I that the Lord will helpe his anointed, and will heare him from his Sanctuarie, by the mightie helpe of his right hand.

  17. Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the Name of ye Lord our God.

  18. They are brought downe and fallen, but we are risen, and stand vpright.

  19. Saue Lord: let the King heare vs in the day that we call.

  20. A Psalme of David. The earth is the Lordes, and all that therein is: the worlde and they that dwell therein.

  21. For he hath founded it vpon the seas: and established it vpon the floods.

  22. Who shall ascende into the mountaine of the Lord? and who shall stand in his holy place?

  23. Euen he that hath innocent handes, and a pure heart: which hath not lift vp his minde vnto vanitie, nor sworne deceitfully.

  24. He shall receiue a blessing from the Lord, and righteousnesse from the God of his saluation.

  25. This is the generation of them that seeke him, of them that seeke thy face, this is Iaakob. Selah.
