  1. Shall man be justified in comparison of God, or shall a man be more pure than his maker?

  16. But thou art the same, and thy years shall have no end.

  17. The children of thy servants shall continue, and their seed shall be established before thee.

  19. Praise the Lord, O my soul, in my life I will praise the Lord: I will sing to my God as long as I shall be. Put not your trust in princes:

  20. For hell shall not confess to thee, neither shall death praise thee: nor shall they that go down into the pit, look for thy truth.

  21. The living, the living, he shall give praise to thee, as I do this day: the father shall make the truth known to the children.

  22. And many of those that sleep in the dust of the earth, shall awake: some unto life everlasting, and others unto reproach, to see it always.

  23. But they that are learned, shall shine as the brightness of the firmament: and they that instruct many to justice, as stars for all eternity.

  24. And behold one came and said to him: Good master, what good shall I do that I may have life everlasting?

  25. Who said to him: Why askest thou me concerning good? One is good, God. But if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments.
