  1. Sow to yourselves in righteousness, reap in mercy; break up your fallow ground: for it is time to seek the LORD, till he come and rain righteousness upon you.

  2. Ye have plowed wickedness, ye have reaped iniquity; ye have eaten the fruit of lies: because thou didst trust in thy way, in the multitude of thy mighty men.

  3. Thou shalt sow, but thou shalt not reap; thou shalt tread the olives, but thou shalt not anoint thee with oil; and sweet wine, but shalt not drink wine.

  8. And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.

  9. Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.

  10. But when the fruit is brought forth, immediately he putteth in the sickle, because the harvest is come.

  11. And he that reapeth receiveth wages, and gathereth fruit unto life eternal: that both he that soweth and he that reapeth may rejoice together.

  12. I sent you to reap that whereon ye bestowed no labour: other men laboured, and ye are entered into their labours.

  13. If we have sown unto you spiritual things, is it a great thing if we shall reap your carnal things?

  14. For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.

  15. And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

  16. Behold, the hire of the labourers who have reaped down your fields, which is of you kept back by fraud, crieth: and the cries of them which have reaped are entered into the ears of the Lord of sabaoth.

  17. And I looked, and behold a white cloud, and upon the cloud one sat like unto the Son of man, having on his head a golden crown, and in his hand a sharp sickle.

  18. And another angel came out of the temple, crying with a loud voice to him that sat on the cloud, Thrust in thy sickle, and reap: for the time is come for thee to reap; for the harvest of the earth is ripe.

  19. And he that sat on the cloud thrust in his sickle on the earth; and the earth was reaped.
