  1. But they shall sit euery man vnder his vine, and vnder his figge tree, and none shall make them afraid: for the mouth of the Lord of hostes hath spoken it.

  2. For all people will walke euery one in the name of his God, and we will walke in the Name of the Lord our God, for euer and euer.

  3. Then Iohn answered him, saying, Master, we sawe one casting out deuils by thy Name, which followeth not vs, and we forbade him, because he followeth vs not.

  5. For whosoeuer is not against vs, is on our part.

  6. And Iohn answered and saide, Master, we sawe one casting out deuils in thy Name, and we forbad him, because he followeth thee not with vs.

  7. Then Iesus saide vnto him, Forbid ye him not: for he that is not against vs, is with vs.

  8. These were also more noble men then they which were at Thessalonica, which receiued the woorde with all readinesse, and searched the Scriptures daily, whether those things were so.

  9. Preaching the kingdome of God, and teaching those things which concerne the Lord Iesus Christ, with all boldnesse of speache, without let.

  10. But if any man say vnto you, This is sacrificed vnto idoles, eate it not, because of him that shewed it, and for the conscience (for the earth is the Lords, and all that therein is)

  11. And the conscience, I say, not thine, but of that other: for why should my libertie be condemned of another mans conscience?

  12. For if I through Gods benefite be partaker, why am I euill spoken of, for that wherefore I giue thankes?

  13. Whether therefore ye eate, or drinke, or whatsoeuer ye doe, doe all to the glory of God.

  14. Giue none offence, neither to the Iewes, nor to the Grecians, nor to the Church of God:
