Bible Verses About Purifications: Insufficient for spiritual purification

If I wash my selfe with snowe water, and purge mine hands most cleane,

Yet shalt thou plunge mee in the pit, and mine owne clothes shall make me filthie.

Though thou wash thee with nitre, and take thee much sope, yet thine iniquitie is marked before me, sayeth the Lord God.
