Bible Verses About God: Love of
Verses on Love of
ADONAI didn't set his heart on you or choose you because you numbered more than any other people - on the contrary, you were the fewest of all peoples.
Rather, it was because ADONAI loved you, and because he wanted to keep the oath which he had sworn to your ancestors, that ADONAI brought you out with a strong hand and redeemed you from a life of slavery under the hand of Pharaoh king of Egypt.
for they are your people, your inheritance, whom you brought out of Egypt, out of the flames of the iron furnace.
"May your eyes be open to the plea of your servant and to the plea of your people Isra'el, so that you will hear them whenever they cry out to you.
For you made a distinction between them and all the peoples of the earth by making them your inheritance, as you said through Moshe your servant when you brought our ancestors out of Egypt, Adonai ELOHIM."
He gave his strength into exile, his pride to the power of the foe.
He gave his people over to the sword and grew angry with his own heritage.
But God is so rich in mercy and loves us with such intense love
that, even when we were dead because of our acts of disobedience, he brought us to life along with the Messiah — it is by grace that you have been delivered.
But when the kindness and love for mankind of God our Deliverer was revealed,
he delivered us. It was not on the ground of any righteous deeds we had done, but on the ground of his own mercy. He did it by means of the mikveh of rebirth and the renewal brought about by the Ruach HaKodesh,
Those who do not love, do not know God; because God is love.
Here is how God showed his love among us: God sent his only Son into the world, so that through him we might have life.
Here is what love is: not that we have loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the kapparah for our sins.
No one has ever seen God; if we love one another, God remains united with us, and our love for him has been brought to its goal in us.
Here is how we know that we remain united with him and he with us: he has given to us from his own Spirit.
If someone acknowledges that Yeshua is the Son of God, God remains united with him, and he with God.
Also we have come to know and trust the love that God has for us. God is love; and those who remain in this love remain united with God, and God remains united with them.
