  11. Moses took half of the blood and put it in bowls, and the other half he sprinkled on the altar.

  12. Then he took the Book of the Covenant and read it to the people, who replied, “All that the LORD has spoken we will do, and we will be obedient.”

  13. So Moses took the blood, sprinkled it on the people, and said, “This is the blood of the covenant that the LORD has made with you in accordance with all these words.”

  14. “Gather to Me My saints, who made a covenant with Me by sacrifice.”

  15. For when Moses had proclaimed every commandment of the law to all the people, he took the blood of calves and goats, along with water, scarlet wool, and hyssop, and sprinkled the scroll and all the people,

  16. saying, “This is the blood of the covenant, which God has commanded you to keep.”
