  1. When Abram was ninety-nine years old, the LORD appeared to him and said, “I am God Almighty. Walk before Me and be blameless.

  2. So be careful to do as the LORD your God has commanded you; you are not to turn aside to the right or to the left.

  3. You must be blameless before the LORD your God.

  4. Be very strong, then, so that you can keep and obey all that is written in the Book of the Law of Moses, not turning aside from it to the right or to the left.

  5. So let your heart be fully devoted to the LORD our God, as it is this day, to walk in His statutes and to keep His commandments.”

  6. As for you, Solomon my son, know the God of your father and serve Him wholeheartedly and with a willing mind, for the LORD searches every heart and understands the intent of every thought. If you seek Him, He will be found by you; but if you forsake Him, He will reject you forever.

  7. And give my son Solomon a whole heart to keep and carry out all Your commandments, decrees, and statutes, and to build Your palace for which I have made provision.”

  9. Even if I were righteous, my mouth would condemn me; if I were blameless, it would declare me guilty.

  10. Though I am blameless, I have no concern for myself; I despise my own life.

  11. It is God who arms me with strength and makes my way clear.

  12. The law of his God is in his heart; his steps do not falter.

  13. Consider the blameless and observe the upright, for posterity awaits the man of peace.

  14. I will ponder the way that is blameless— when will You come to me? I will walk in my house with integrity of heart.

  18. They do no iniquity; they walk in His ways.

  19. Then I would not be ashamed when I consider all Your commandments.

  20. I have seen a limit to all perfection, but Your commandment is without limit.

  21. The LORD will fulfill His purpose for me. O LORD, Your loving devotion endures forever— do not abandon the works of Your hands.

  22. For the upright will inhabit the land, and the blameless will remain in it;

  23. The path of the righteous is like the first gleam of dawn, shining brighter and brighter until midday.

  24. Surely there is no righteous man on earth who does good and never sins.

  25. Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled.
