ఎఫ్రోను అబ్రాహాముకు జవాబిస్తూ, “నా ప్రభువా, మా మాట వినండి; దాని ఖరీదు నాలుగు వందల షెకెళ్ళ వెండి, అయితే నాకు మీకు మధ్య అదెంత? మీ భార్య మృతదేహాన్ని పాతిపెట్టండి” అన్నాడు.

My lord, hearken unto me: the land is worth four hundred shekels of silver; what is that betwixt me and thee? bury therefore thy dead.

అబ్రాహాము ఎఫ్రోను చెప్పినట్టే ఒప్పుకుని, హిత్తీయుల వినికిడిలో వ్యాపారుల కొలత ప్రకారం నాలుగు వందల షెకెళ్ళ వెండి తూచి అతనికి ఇచ్చాడు.
