  14. Therefore this iniquity shall be to you as a breach ready to fall, swelling out in a high wall, whose breaking cometh suddenly at an instant.

  15. And they consider not in their hearts that I remember all their wickedness: now their own doings have beset them about; they are before my face.

  16. They make the king glad with their wickedness, and the princes with their lies.

  23. For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.

  24. Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.

  25. So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.
