From the place of his habitation he looketh upon all the inhabitants of the earth.

Clouds and darkness [are] round about him: righteousness and judgment [are] the habitation of his throne.

And every base had four brasen wheels, and plates of brass: and the four corners thereof had undersetters: under the laver [were] undersetters molten, at the side of every addition.
Thy throne [is] established of old: thou [art] from everlasting.
For I have said, Mercy shall be built up for ever: thy faithfulness shalt thou establish in the very heavens.
¶ My heart is fixed, O God, my heart is fixed: I will sing and give praise.
The LORD by wisdom hath founded the earth; by understanding hath he established the heavens.
For he hath founded it upon the seas, and established it upon the floods.
