Ẹ̀karùnún sì tú ago tirẹ̀ sórí ìtẹ́ ẹranko náà; ilẹ̀ ọba rẹ̀ sì ṣókùnkùn; wọ́n sì ń gé ahọ́n wọn jẹ́ nítorí ìrora.

Wọ́n sì sọ̀rọ̀-òdì sí Ọlọ́run ọ̀run nítorí ìrora wọn àti nítorí egbò wọn, wọ́n kò sì ronúpìwàdà iṣẹ́ wọn.
