So Manasseh made Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem to err, [and] to do worse than the heathen, whom the LORD had destroyed before the children of Israel.
So Manasseh {H4519} made {H8582} Judah {H3063} and the inhabitants {H3427} of Jerusalem {H3389} to err {H8582}, and to do {H6213} worse {H7451} than the heathen {H1471}, whom the LORD {H3068} had destroyed {H8045} before {H6440} the children {H1121} of Israel {H3478}.
M'nasheh caused Y'hudah and the people of Yerushalayim to go astray, so that they did even worse things than the nations whom ADONAI destroyed ahead of the people of Isra'el.
So Manasseh led the people of Judah and Jerusalem astray, so that they did greater evil than the nations that the LORD had destroyed before the Israelites.
And Manasseh seduced Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem, so that they did evil more than did the nations whom Jehovah destroyed before the children of Israel.
