  1. These ye shall eat of all that are in the waters: all that have fins and scales shall ye eat:

  2. And whatsoever hath not fins and scales ye may not eat; it is unclean unto you.

  3. Of all clean birds ye shall eat.

  4. But these are they of which ye shall not eat: the eagle, and the ossifrage, and the ospray,

  5. And the glede, and the kite, and the vulture after his kind,

  6. And every raven after his kind,

  7. And the owl, and the night hawk, and the cuckow, and the hawk after his kind,

  8. The little owl, and the great owl, and the swan,

  9. And the pelican, and the gier eagle, and the cormorant,

  11. And every creeping thing that flieth is unclean unto you: they shall not be eaten.

  12. But of all clean fowls ye may eat.

  13. Ye shall not eat of any thing that dieth of itself: thou shalt give it unto the stranger that is in thy gates, that he may eat it; or thou mayest sell it unto an alien: for thou art an holy people unto the LORD thy God. Thou shalt not seethe a kid in his mother's milk.

  14. And thou shalt bestow that money for whatsoever thy soul lusteth after, for oxen, or for sheep, or for wine, or for strong drink, or for whatsoever thy soul desireth: and thou shalt eat there before the LORD thy God, and thou shalt rejoice, thou, and thine household,

  15. Thou shalt eat it within thy gates: the unclean and the clean person shall eat it alike, as the roebuck, and as the hart.

  16. Only thou shalt not eat the blood thereof; thou shalt pour it upon the ground as water.

  17. And if a man have committed a sin worthy of death, and he be to be put to death, and thou hang him on a tree:

  18. His body shall not remain all night upon the tree, but thou shalt in any wise bury him that day; (for he that is hanged is accursed of God;) that thy land be not defiled, which the LORD thy God giveth thee for an inheritance.

  19. If there be among you any man, that is not clean by reason of uncleanness that chanceth him by night, then shall he go abroad out of the camp, he shall not come within the camp:

  20. But it shall be, when evening cometh on, he shall wash himself with water: and when the sun is down, he shall come into the camp again.

  21. Thou shalt have a place also without the camp, whither thou shalt go forth abroad:

  22. And thou shalt have a paddle upon thy weapon; and it shall be, when thou wilt ease thyself abroad, thou shalt dig therewith, and shalt turn back and cover that which cometh from thee:

  23. Take heed in the plague of leprosy, that thou observe diligently, and do according to all that the priests the Levites shall teach you: as I commanded them, so ye shall observe to do.

  24. Cursed be he that lieth with his father's wife; because he uncovereth his father's skirt. And all the people shall say, Amen.

  25. Cursed be he that lieth with any manner of beast. And all the people shall say, Amen.
