वे पितृहीन के गधों को हकाल कर ले जाते हैं. वे विधवा के बैल को बंधक बना लेते हैं.

वे दरिद्र को मार्ग से हटा देते हैं; देश के दीनों को मजबूर होकर एक साथ छिप जाना पड़ता है.
