Salvation and Judgment of Enemies

Psalms 68:22-23

Adonai said, "I will bring them back from Bashan, I will fetch [those rebels] even from the depths of the sea;

so that you can wash your feet in their blood, and your dogs' tongues too can get their share from your foes.
