અલિસાફાનના વંશજોમાંના મુખ્ય આગેવાન શમાયા તથા તેના ભાઈઓ, બસો હતા.
¶ દાઉદે સાદોક અને અબ્યાથાર યાજકોને તથા ઉરીએલ, અસાયા, યોએલ, શમાયા, અલીએલ તથા આમ્મીનાદાબ લેવીઓને બોલાવ્યા.
