  1. And Hannah prayed, and said: My heart exulteth in Jehovah; My horn is exalted in Jehovah; My mouth is enlarged over mine enemies; Because I rejoice in thy salvation.

  2. There is none holy as Jehovah; For there is none besides thee, Neither is there any rock like our God.

  9. He will keep the feet of his holy ones; But the wicked shall be put to silence in darkness; For by strength shall no man prevail.

  10. They that strive with Jehovah shall be broken to pieces; Against them will he thunder in heaven: Jehovah will judge the ends of the earth; And he will give strength unto his king, And exalt the horn of his anointed.

  11. I will call upon Jehovah, who is worthy to be praised: So shall I be saved from mine enemies.

  12. Blessed be Jehovah, that hath given rest unto his people Israel, according to all that he promised: there hath not failed one word of all his good promise, which he promised by Moses his servant.

  13. And he appointed certain of the Levites to minister before the ark of Jehovah, and to celebrate and to thank and praise Jehovah, the God of Israel:

  14. For great is Jehovah, and greatly to be praised: He also is to be feared above all gods.

  15. Let the heavens be glad, and let the earth rejoice; And let them say among the nations, Jehovah reigneth.

  16. Then shall the trees of the wood sing for joy before Jehovah; For he cometh to judge the earth.

  17. O give thanks unto Jehovah; for he is good; For his lovingkindness endureth for ever.

  18. And say ye, Save us, O God of our salvation, And gather us together and deliver us from the nations, To give thanks unto thy holy name, And to triumph in thy praise.

  19. Blessed be Jehovah, the God of Israel, From everlasting even to everlasting. And all the people said, Amen, and praised Jehovah.

  20. and with them Heman and Jeduthun, and the rest that were chosen, who were mentioned by name, to give thanks to Jehovah, because his lovingkindness endureth for ever;

  21. and with them Heman and Jeduthun with trumpets and cymbals for those that should sound aloud, and with instruments for the songs of God; and the sons of Jeduthun to be at the gate.

  22. and to stand every morning to thank and praise Jehovah, and likewise at even;

  23. Wherefore David blessed Jehovah before all the assembly; and David said, Blessed be thou, O Jehovah, the God of Israel our father, for ever and ever.

  24. Thine, O Jehovah, is the greatness, and the power, and the glory, and the victory, and the majesty: for all that is in the heavens and in the earth is thine; thine is the kingdom, O Jehovah, and thou art exalted as head above all.

  25. Both riches and honor come of thee, and thou rulest over all; and in thy hand is power and might; and in thy hand it is to make great, and to give strength unto all.
