മരുഭൂമിയിൽവെച്ചു അവർ ഏറ്റവും മോഹിച്ചു; നിൎജ്ജനപ്രദേശത്തു അവർ ദൈവത്തെ പരീക്ഷിച്ചു.

അവർ അപേക്ഷിച്ചതു അവൻ അവൎക്കുകൊടുത്തു; എങ്കിലും അവരുടെ പ്രാണന്നു ക്ഷയം അയച്ചു.
