പരിഹാസികൾ പട്ടണത്തിൽ കോപാഗ്നി ജ്വലിപ്പിക്കുന്നു; ജ്ഞാനികളോ ക്രോധത്തെ ശമിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.

ജ്ഞാനിക്കും ഭോഷന്നും തമ്മിൽ വാഗ്വാദം ഉണ്ടായിട്ടു അവൻ കോപിച്ചാലോ ചിരിച്ചാലോ ശമനം വരികയില്ല.
