¶ Après Abimélec, Thola, fils de Pua, fils de Dodo, homme d'Issacar, se leva pour délivrer Israël; il habitait à Schamir, dans la montagne d'Ephraïm.

Il fut juge en Israël pendant vingt-trois ans; puis il mourut, et fut enterré à Schamir.
