Bible Verses About Botany
Key Bible Verses
And for raiment why are you solicitous? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they labour not, neither do they spin.
But I say to you, that not even Solomon in all his glory was arrayed as one of these.
By their fruits you shall know them. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?
Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit, and the evil tree bringeth forth evil fruit.
A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can an evil tree bring forth good fruit.
For there is no good tree that bringeth forth evil fruit: nor an evil tree that bringeth forth good fruit.
For every tree is known by its fruit. For men do not gather figs from thorns: nor from a bramble bush do they gather the grape.
Senseless man, that which thou sowest is not quickened, except it die first.
And that which thou sowest, thou sowest not the body that shall be: but bare grain, as of wheat, or of some of the rest.
But God giveth it a body as he will: and to every seed its proper body.
