The Ten Commandments

I am the LORDH3068 thy GodH430, which have broughtH3318{(H8689)} thee out of the landH776 of EgyptH4714, out of the houseH1004 of bondageH5650.

Thou shalt have no otherH312 godsH430 before meH6440.

Thou shalt not makeH6213{(H8799)} unto thee any graven imageH6459, or any likenessH8544 of any thing thatH834 is in heavenH8064 aboveH4605, or that is in the earthH776 beneath, or that is in the waterH4325 under the earthH776:

Thou shalt not bow downH7812{(H8691)} thyself to them, nor serveH5647{(H8714)} them: for I the LORDH3068 thy GodH430 am a jealousH7067 GodH410, visitingH6485{(H8802)} the iniquityH5771 of the fathersH1 upon the childrenH1121 unto the thirdH8029 and fourthH7256 generation of them that hateH8130{(H8802)} me;

And shewingH6213{(H8802)} mercyH2617 unto thousandsH505 of them that loveH157{(H8802)} me, and keepH8104{(H8802)} my commandmentsH4687.

Thou shalt not takeH5375{(H8799)} the nameH8034 of the LORDH3068 thy GodH430 in vainH7723; for the LORDH3068 will not hold him guiltlessH5352{(H8762)} that takethH5375{(H8799)} his nameH8034 in vainH7723.

RememberH2142{(H8800)} the sabbathH7676 dayH3117, to keep it holyH6942{(H8763)}.

SixH8337 daysH3117 shalt thou labourH5647{(H8799)}, and doH6213{(H8804)} all thy workH4399:

But the seventhH7637 dayH3117 is the sabbathH7676 of the LORDH3068 thy GodH430: in it thou shalt not doH6213{(H8799)} any workH4399, thou, nor thy sonH1121, nor thy daughterH1323, thy manservantH5650, nor thy maidservantH519, nor thy cattleH929, nor thy strangerH1616 that is within thy gatesH8179:

For in sixH8337 daysH3117 the LORDH3068 madeH6213{(H8804)} heavenH8064 and earthH776, the seaH3220, and all that in them is, and restedH5117{(H8799)} the seventhH7637 dayH3117: wherefore the LORDH3068 blessedH1288{(H8765)} the sabbathH7676 dayH3117, and hallowedH6942{(H8762)} it.

HonourH3513{(H8761)} thy fatherH1 and thy motherH517: that thy daysH3117 may be longH748{(H8686)} upon the landH127 which the LORDH3068 thy GodH430 givethH5414{(H8802)} thee.

Thou shalt not killH7523{(H8799)}.

Thou shalt not commit adulteryH5003{(H8799)}.
