And the afflicted people thou wilt save: but thine eyes [are] upon the haughty, [that] thou mayest bring [them] down.

People afflicted, you save; but when your eyes are on the haughty, you humble them.
You save an afflicted people, but Your eyes are on the haughty to bring them down.
